Refund Policy
ORL Productions does not provide refunds. ORL Productions will replace at no cost DVD's damaged in transit if the DVD is returned with the original packaging within 15 days of receipt.

ORL Productions respects your privacy and security of your personal information. ORL Productions does not receive any record of your credit card information and does not maintain any record of your bank account if you pay by check. We do retain information on inquiries about our services and the non-financial information in your order for the purposes of providing you the services you request, contacting you regarding your order, sending you information on other ORL Productions products as they become available, and analyzing our customers' preferences and uses of our products. We do not share your personal information with any other entity.
